The pool and hot tubs were nice. Hotel renovation is a great improvement to a classic hotel.

Called later for towels for room never got them.

The overall experience would have been great had the customer service been there. Asked for towels for the pool got them 40 minutes later. Called later for towels for the room Was told they were busy and didn't think they would be able to do it. I told them I just needed them by am and they were never delivered to my room. The pool area was great for swimming with the grandchildren.

I loved the double sink, but the doorway to the stool and tub was about 10 feet from it.

We were pleasantly surprised with our room. We have stayed in LOTS of motels/hotels, and when we saw the decor (Old English Medieval) we were concerned. However, we really liked the room. It was clean, fairly large and except for the distance between the sink and the stool/tub, it was very well laid out. It had two nice big chairs, frig, desk for our computers, wireless high speed internet, AND double sinks for my 24 year old daughter and me to get ready for the day! little things that could be improved.

Everything was good, the customer service was the best, but I stink they can improve with small details like making sure all the lights work in their room. I liked the mid evil theme at the hotels including gargoyles.

The bathroom was too small not even enough space for a sink in it.

Had an interesting mid evil theme going on with gargoyles in parking lot. Room was small but suited our needs. Only bad thing small bathroom could not hold a sink or a mirror had to walk around corner to wash hands. ...read more
